About First Foundations Academy

First Foundations Academy is a Christ-centered Christian early learning center in LaGrange, GA. It was born from a simple belief that the families of our community deserve early education rooted in love, faith, and genuine care.

First Foundations Academy began as a calling.

As a ministry of LaGrange First United Methodist Church, our home at 401 Broad Street was made possible through nearly $3 million in gifts from our church and our community. People who believed that LaGrange's youngest children deserved a place to grow that was as nurturing as it was excellent. That generosity is the reason we exist, and it shapes everything we do. Because we were built by gifts rather than for profit, every dollar of your tuition goes where it should: to your child.

We opened our doors to know and love each child entrusted to us, and to give them a foundation that lasts a lifetime.

At First Foundations, our mission is to provide a Christ-centered, curriculum-based learning environment where children thrive and develop a love for learning.

Our vision is to offer excellent early childhood education within a Christian framework, where children explore and understand God’s world.  With a focus on the holistic development of each child and strong partnerships with families and our community, children will have a solid connection to their faith and a deep appreciation for learning that will last a lifetime.
